  2. Consider only what they do, not what they say.
  3. Duration of gambling free time is time is primary criteria.

  1. Kleptomania: No known special treatment.
  2. Treat other disorders associated with it.
  3. Treat as addiction.

 

  1. Pyromania: No known special treatment.
  2. Behavior therapy with substitute healthy gratifications.
  3. Improve social skills
  4. Control drinking or other addictions.

 

  • Intermittent Explosive Disorder:
  1. No effective treatment.
  2. Medication may help.
  3. Group therapy, not individual therapy.

 

  • Tricholillomania: (Pulling out your hair).
  1. Treat as compulsion.
